 Digiform's
new mission has just been started. The leading automated data
collection company is about to cover any kind of data entry and
document indexing solution, including incoming invoices and all
other non structured documents. Thanks to the first version of
Digiform Forms processing software's robust platform that
processed over 5 million structured forms of Citibank
Turkey, Kiler A.ª., Koç Alliance, Yapı Kredi Emeklilik and
Tubitak in a year.
The next mission is to give another unique gift to the
customers: Digiform Document Processing software
which helps them to retrieve any data from any kind of
paper or electronic (PDF, E-mails) documents with at least
%50 cost savings.
 The
new technology on data collection systems requires a new
technology to store them. Microsoft SharePoint Server
(MOSS) 2007 will help Digiform to provide a complete
solution from document processing to workflow. The
data captured from scanned documents by Digiform will be
sent into the SharePoint libraries with the images to be
used by Microsoft Office products. The users can access them
in a second to share with other users or can start a
workflow for a decision.
